Once you have an access to the website, you can easily start shopping. The website has a user friendly interface that you can browse in peace. Add a chosen product to your cart by tapping the “Add to Cart” button after choosing the desired product size and quantity. Then proceed with by pressing on “View Cart” and “Checkout”. “Shop Now” button will take you directly to all the products categories where you can add your chosen product(s) to the cart. Did you find all products? Then go to your shopping cart by tapping the cart symbol in the top right corner of the website. You will see the details of the chosen product(s), the total price amount and the delivery time depending on the location. The payment method is Cash on Delivery and on the day of delivery we will let you know what time our couriers will bring your order to your doorstep. All orders within Greater Cairo and Giza locations are processed in 5-7 working days. For other locations, orders are processed in 6-8 working days. The delivery fees are paid by customers in case of returned or exchanged item(s). If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free delivery is and will always be part of our unique service to you, so you don't need to feel under any obligation to give tips. However, if you are really satisfied with our courier and would like to make him or her a little happy, you can of course do so! Our couriers are happy about every attention🙂
You have 30 minutes after placing the order to make a cancellation request. After submitting your cancellation request, a message will be sent to you to confirm the cancellation within 24 hours. For cancellation requests, please click on “For Cancellation Press Here” button in the automatically generated order confirmation email you receive after you place an order. An email window will pop up with Cancellation subject and an empty order number to be filled with you. So, please don’t forget to write down your order number in the cancellation request to be able to proceed with the cancellation process.
We hope you will be delighted with our ordered item(s). Should you wish to return anything purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange an item provided it is in a fully re-salable condition, except for customized posters and puzzles which are non-returnable. You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchased item(s). Once we receive and inspect the retuned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or telephone. If it is approved then you will get your refund within 15 days via bank transfers/e-payment methods. The delivery fees 150 L.E. will be paid by customers in case of returned or exchanged item(s).
